With the creation of M5 Precision, we needed more room, more machines, and more of everything that makes tool enthusiasts, fabricators, and machinists drool. In mid-2023, we signed a long-term lease on a new purpose-built building and began construction to house MooreSport, M5 Precision, and our property management company GMAV.
The new facility has significantly increased office and floor space to accommodate new members of our team. This includes dedicated areas for media, sales, design, production management, inventory, shipping, and receiving staff. Naturally, we also expanded our space for machinists and programmers to operate our new machines and equipment.
Our capabilities have grown with the addition of EDM cutting and forming technologies, the latest in 3D printers and scanning technologies, and new software suites and modules. We have transitioned to industry 4.0, achieving a truly paperless enterprise with eco-friendly practices, packaging, energy-reducing appliances, and carbon-neutral machines.
While some of our staff are dedicated 100% to MooreSport operations, others share duties across the new facility to ensure seamless operations.
After a longer-than-expected hiatus due to construction delays, we are thrilled to announce that our machines are back up and running. Parts are being designed and fabricated, and our emails and website updates are well underway. Everyone is working hard to get our new image and branding online. The 2025 product line is already under development, with many more new and exciting things to come.
